24 Year Old Bipolar Disabled Unmarried Father Seeks Debt Relief Money

by Dave Strickland
(Easton, PA, USA)

Hello, my name is Dave Strickland. I'm a 24-year-old, bipolar disabled unmarried father with three kids.

One of my children is a baby; the others are 9 and 4 years old.

My family is a bad influence on me so that's why I want my own place to better my life.

I was always was a little slower than everyone else. God's the reason I'm still alive.

I have a lot of mental issues and family problems. I have no choice but to be around them.

I have ADHD, Bipolar and rage and anger problems I been diagnosed with. I see a therapist and doctor for my pills.

Things are getting better in my mind. I had this condition all my life. Dad died when I was a baby, so my mom raised three boys on her own.

She thought we were okay but we are all slow and got mental issues cause our parents did drugs. I can't work due to these issues.

I receive food stamps, cash assistance and medical, but it's not enough for me to live on.

I'm homeless with nowhere to lay my head. I stay anywhere I can.

My family is corrupt. They curse and do drugs. I can't stand my family and we don't get along. I'm a Christian and it's hard to cope.

I can drive but I have no car.

The pills I take are: Clonazepam 1 mg, Adderall XR 20 mg and Abilify 5 mg.

I receive $200 a month, cash from welfare and $200 of food stamps. I am disabled and I put my paperwork in for SSI and SSD and low-income housing.

I did work before but my mind conditions worsened and I can't deal with it now. Nobody helps me.

I want a paid off house and to have my SSI and SSD. I want to go back to school to be a therapist and then bible college to help the world.

I would like to have all my debt paid off: jail debt, hospital debt, dental debt and school debt.

I'm slow and not normal but I am getting the best help now to succeed in life. I'm seeking, asking and receiving.

I want to be a life coach, speaking to people all over this world about Jesus and how to improve on all levels. I would need $100,000 to get there.

Down but not out in PA

Sounds to me you could declare bankruptcy to get rid of your debts. I really don't think that you will ever be able to recieve $100,000 from anywhere or anyone. Life is not like that. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and DO something helpful. It will give you a sense of worth. Maybe you could volunteer time at a local mission for a place to stay. Also get in contact with Al-Anon so you can relate with other people in the same situation. If you are on Medicaid, talk to your doctor about counseling services. Good Luck. You are not alone. Many people are in the same boat. I don't mean to be harsh, but remember the slogan "IF IT'S TO BE, IT'S UP TO ME!"
