52 Year Old Multiply Disabled Divorcee Seeks Grant To Bring Light To Darkness

Hello. I'm a 52-year-old female. Not proud to say, but going through a divorce. Now I'm wondering what I can do in life to fill the void.
I have 3 grown children who I am very proud of! I also have 4 grandchildren who I dearly cherish.
My life has become hard, as now I use a wheelchair. Many years ago I used to work in the line of management for restaurants, and hotels. Sure miss that!
People need people to just give them that smile or concern, or that ear to listen. I reside in a disabled small apartment. I only get out sometimes because of my health. As my title says, I believe there is hope for me!
In the year 2000 I had a lot of dizziness (Meniere's disease) and neurological problems. I now also have fibromyalgia and mild MS.
I am not able to lay flat due to my Meniere's, so I cannot sleep in my bed. I have tried sleeping on the couch but it is broke, so I now sleep in my 21 year old worn out rocker recliner. If someone would be so kind, I could use a better couch and rocker recliner.
I have a 1986 Buick Century that leaks when it rains and snows. The exhaust fumes come into the car also. I cannot afford to repair it or buy a new car because of my fixed income from SSDI.
I would like to be able to have a better car to be able to go visit my children and grandchildren without hardship with my wheelchair.
I do receive SSI, SSDI and $24 of food stamps a month. I am not able work due to my physical limits. I do not get any extra help from outside sources due to my age.
