Accident Disabled Young Mother Seeks Grant Money For Accessible Lift Van

I turned 21 in the hospital on April 18th It was the worst birthday I have ever had.
My 4-year-old daughter had to see me spend almost 7 months in the hospital. She misses me holding her in my arms and kissing her and telling her how much I love her.
I am in my right mind but I am paralyzed from the neck down.
One beautiful sunny day on Feb the 16th 2010 my life and also my family's life changed forever.
My sister and I decided to go for a ride and crashed head on into a utility pole. It caused the car to spin around and hit a brick building.
We're both very lucky to be alive. She was also severely hurt. She had a concussion and also ended up in the hospital.
She was released after about a week but she has never forgotten that day and neither has any of the family.
We desperately need help as much as possible paying our bills and need help with a van with a lift in it.
We just don't know what else to do. We hate to ask for anything but this has just been very hard on everyone in my family.
If anyone would like to help us, please comment here to let us know where we might find some government grant money for an accessible lift van.
