CP Disabled 28 Year Old Man Seeks Government Housing Grant

I was born with hydrocephalus. I was diagnosis with cerebral palsy when I was two years old because of a doctor's mistake when I was born.
I'm 28 years old now and had to have brain surgery because my shunt malfunctions from deterioration.
Because of my disability I can't get a job and I am financially hurting. I'm having trouble paying my bills and student loans off.
I'm raising my little brother and trying to get custody of my five-year-old son. I'm also trying to buy a house for my family.
