Disability Grant Funding For Severely Disabled Man To Get Wheelchair Van

I am a 59-year-old black male. I am the proud father of two children, a boy and a girl who are now adults. Neither of my children is married.
I have five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
I am the baby of my family of three brothers and one sister.
I have Hepatitis C with cirrhosis. I have a history of tuberculosis.
I suffer from Type 2 Diabetes accompanied with Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
I have retinopathy.
I experience pain in my shoulder joints. I had a complete rupture of my rotator cuff.
I have hypertension due to diastolic dysfunction in my heart.
I also suffer from depression, peripheral venous insufficiency, unspecified lymphedema and erectile dysfunction.
I need money for a wheelchair van so that I can be mobile.
I receive $829 per month. That amount covers my basic living expenses including housing, medications and related expenses.
With this income, I cannot afford to make payments on a wheelchair van.
I tried going back to school but halfway through the semester I had to be hospitalized.
My doctors tell me that I will never be able to work again with my health issues. Not being able to work has been a real problem with me.
I would like to be able to find some type of work so that I can be more independent.
I did some research and I think I would love to be a substance abuse counselor. I know I would make a good one because I have lived it.
I am seeking benefits and grants.
I have some ideas to make money but I need financial resources to execute them. If I would have some extra money, I would put it toward developing my moneymaking ideas.
I would consider opening up a restaurant. I have some experience in this business since my father once owned a restaurant.
I have a great hamburger steak recipe that I know would sell. Also I have another great burger recipe.
