Grant For Cancer Surviving Diabetic Man To Start Money Earning Business

I'm 66 years old and disabled due to amputation of my left foot, cancer, high blood pressure, vision problem and diabetes.
I was married for 34-1/2 years to a lovely lady until she died from cancer. We had four beautiful children, who now live in four different states.
I have overcome cancer but remain a diabetic with high blood pressure (average: 222/110).
I've been a diabetic for over 30 years and lost my left foot in 2007 due to the diabetes.
I had cancer in 2008. I have high blood pressure. I've tried medication several times but continue to have a reaction to the medication.
In 2008 I was declared as disabled.
I was awarded Disability in 2008 and allowed making an extra $980 per month but haven't been able to due to my condition.
Now that I have overcome most of my illness, I need to start a business to offset my expenses.
It is hard to make enough to make ends meet every month.
Due to my condition I have not been able to work since 2007. Everywhere I try to get employment I could not perform because I couldn't see well enough or stand on my one foot that long.
I tried online employment but it takes money and I had a hard time seeing the printed material.
I'm seeking a grant to help me to start a business and not to be a burden to others so that I can meet all of my expenses.
There is a great need in pressure-washing driveways. Pressure washing makes the driveway look clean and presentable to the neighborhood and to buyers.
It will take buying a truck and a pressure washer with the supplies and advertising to start the business.
