Grant Money To Help Accident Disabled Woman Get Teeth Saving Dental Work

I am a 52 year old who wants nothing more than to live and not just be alive. I am a mother of three sons who are grown and out of the house.

I decided to keep my kids and do the best that I could to raise them. In my early 30s, I hurt myself on my job.

I really loved that job. It didn't pay much, but I enjoyed the routine of going to work day after day.

After I hurt myself on the job I wasn't able work anymore. Because I was inactive and was no longer able to go to work, my health declined more and more and I got sicker and sicker.

After a long drawn-out fight to get my disability started, one thing after the other happened. With everything happening, the last thing I ever thought about was my teeth becoming a problem.

One day I was eating and my cap fell off. I went to the dentist and he told me that my gums were receding, because of my diabetes.

If I didn't get a deep cleaning for my teeth I would lose them and on top of that I probably wouldn't be able to get dentures that would fit.

My teeth need a deep cleaning and I don't know where I am going to get the $2,000 to get this done.

I would rather get a deep cleaning to get the plaque and tartar off my own teeth than to have to pull all of them soon and get false teeth.

While they may fit my gums, having no teeth scares me more. Help me to be the person I know I could be if I weren't ashamed to open my mouth to speak because my teeth are so bad.

I never would have thought that a person's teeth could have so great an effect on them, but the difference is like day and night. Please help me to get the help I need!!!
