Grant Money To Help Diabetic Army Veteran Mother Pay For Medications

I am 54 years old and the mother of two children. My children are grown and on their own.
I was in the Army. I have worked since I was 15 years old and when I turned 52, I was unable to work.
I am a diabetic with poor circulation in my legs and feet… both knees and ankles. I have arthritis, neuropathy, lymphedema and high blood pressure.
I am currently living on Social Security Disability, which I worked a lot of years to get, often working two jobs.
I have money issues with paying for my prescription co-pays with Medicare Part D. I have to make a decision to get medicine or get groceries.
My rent is according to my income but is still very high.
I am not able to work at all and my family does help me a little. They aren't able to help me on a monthly basis.
Sometimes I go without my medicine because I have no money to buy them.
I am seeking grants and benefits to help me. I would be thankful for any help I can get at this point because I am really struggling with paying bills and getting my medicine.
