Grant Money To Help MS Disabled Karen With Vision And Dental Costs

I am a 47-year-old white female. I was divorced in 2010 after surviving a 22-year emotionally abusive marriage.
I have two healthy sons, ages 13 and 17, while having three miscarriages in between them.
I remarried in 2012 to a wonderful, Christian, supportive man.
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in Oct 2001 when my boys were four years old and four months old.
I continued to work full-time until 2003, when I had to quit work due to chronic fatigue and mild cognitive issues.
During my divorce, I found it necessary to sign over the house and 10 acres that my now ex-husband and I had build on MY family farm. I settled to get out!
I also signed over full legal custody of my two sons to my ex. This caused more stress. I had to file bankruptcy and had my car repossessed.
I was living only on Disability income and had Medicare only. I received no maintenance from my ex.
I do receive SSDI because I had worked 18+ years. I have attempted to go back to work a few times, with no real success.
I have no credit now, and have been caught in the payday loan trap.
I filed for food stamps after my divorce, and received only $16 a month.
I couldn't claim my two sons, even though I have visitation every other weekend.
I need some sort of grant to help cover my vision and dental needs. I have had to have a cataract removed and had to finance $600 up-front. I need much dental work done.
I am blessed that my medication is covered under Medicare, amounting to over $80,000 a year. I have no car of my own.
I would love to have funds to start an at-home business where I could sell products/crafts I make or something along that line.
