Grant To Help Diabetic Amputee Father Buy Car And Return To Ohio

I am a 47-year-old father of three sons and four grandchildren. I've been married for 28 years to a woman whom I only knew for five days.
I am disabled due to Type II diabetes. It was not controlled well when I was diagnosed. As a result, I have a right leg amputation and stroke-related aphasia.
I receive income based SSI as I did not have enough work credits because I never thought about the future.
My wife and I have very little income. She works as a manager at McDonalds and only makes $8.45/hour.
We have no car and no money/credit to purchase one. I need to get out of the heat of Florida and back to my home state of Ohio.
I get SSI and my wife works.
We have no friends or family where we live. Our family and friends that are out of state are unable to help us.
My wife goes to church and has contacted several other churches and organizations but no one can help.
I am looking for grants or any other kind of financial help to buy a car and move back to Ohio.
I am very sick and only want to get home. I can't stand the heat anymore.
