Bipolar Disorder Disabled Michael Seeks Housing And Business Grants

I am a 39-year-old male. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 16. I am Irish and Cherokee mix.
I lived with my mom and dad till they passed away when I was 25.
I suffer from high blood pressure, and anxiety, which I take meds for all.
My only means of income is my SSI of $648 a month, which makes me struggle with rent, and helping my girlfriend with bills.
It is a struggle to keep up the rent, because my girlfriend's hours have been cut as well. My girlfriend transports me to get groceries.
I have tried selling items on eBay, which thank God some of the items have sold. It's helped a little. I need help to keep afloat.
I am looking for small business grants, bipolar grants and housing grants. I just need help.
I want to try and start a small business, to sell wrestling things, and my girlfriend likes to sell jewelry. I think if we work together, I know she could help me with this. She does a lot of my talking for me, and helps me with my doctors' appointments, and my reminders.
