Disability Grant For Accident Disabled Single Dad To Buy Fishing Boat

I'm a 45-year-old father of a 16-year-old daughter. As a single dad I stay pretty busy with her and try and keep her involved with school and church and sports.
When I was 18, I had a car wreck which tore up my left leg from my hip down. My lungs collapsed and I had tears on my liver and spleen.
I am totally deaf in my right ear and have a hip replacement on my right side.
I receive my check at the 3rd of every month. After all my bills are paid like rent and all utilities and my phone bill and gas for the month, I'm left with $95 for the month.
I pray really hard that my daughter's school doesn't have her doing anything that she has to have money for.
I receive SSI and I have tried to go back to work but I can't do that because my body won't allow it to happen.
I have had so many surgeries and now I'm having another on my hip coming up in the next two months.
I would like to get a grant to buy a boat. I would use it to fish and sell my catch to some of the restaurants around town.
The extra few dollars a week would really help with expenses. I could use some of what I catch to help with the food bill.
I have talked to a few seafood establishments around here and they will buy some certain fish from me.
