Disabled Woman Seeks Government Grant For Transportation And Housing

I am 47 years old. Over the past five years, I have had eight back surgeries, four on my neck and four on my lower back.
Three of these surgeries have been in the past year, the last one only two weeks before writing this story.
I have two children ages 9 and 12. I take them to school most days (not currently, as I'm unable to drive due to the recent surgery.)
Because of the four neck surgeries, I have limited mobility in my neck, so I have trouble seeing behind me.
I am trying to get grant money to purchase a vehicle with a rear camera so that I can see behind the car.
I am terrified that I might run over a child while at my children’s schools. Because of all my medical bills, we cannot afford to purchase a new vehicle with a rear camera.
I have nightmares of running over a child in a parking lot because of the limited mobility in my neck.
I am also trying to see if there is any grant money out there to help us purchase a home. We cannot currently do this because of all of my medical bills over the past five years.
We live in Northern Nevada, which has been hit really hard by the current economy. We are renting a property that has 47 acres and our landlord is willing to sell us the house if we had the money.
I would love to be able to turn this property into an educational property for the local schools. We have the room to have farm animals and to grow food.
It has been my dream to be able to have children come to our farm to learn how to take care of farm animals and to allow the local elementary schools to start a vegetable garden and learn what it takes to grow the food that we eat.
Unfortunately, with all my medical expenses, we can't afford either of these. I would appreciate any financial assistance that is available to someone with my disabilities. Thank you.
